Unity transcending borders and an unconventional commemoration to mark the anniversary of the birth of Ferenc II Rákóczi

This year, the Rákóczi Association is to commemorate the Grand Prince unconventionally, on its online surfaces, and seeks to reinforce Hungarian unity adhering to his spirit.

The Rákóczi Association boasts close to 30 000 members in the Carpathian Basin and maintains relations with thousands of students of Hungarian heritage in other regions of the world, from the United States to Australia.

Let us not feel alone even when our room for movement is limited and state borders temporarily shut around us. In the days and weeks to come, we wish to continue our work online, reaching out to all members of our community.

In these times too, the Rákóczi Association would like to offer its assistance, friendship and good will.

As soon as circumstances permit, we continue as usual; until then, we hold the Carpathian Basin together here, in the online space.
