On 25th February 2020, wreaths were laid at the Monument of National Martyrs to mark the Memorial Day for the Victims of Communism, established by a resolution passed by the National Assembly on 13th June 2000.The event, organized jointly by the Office of the National Assembly and the Rákóczi Association, saw the participation of over 350 Budapest high school students.
